become abusive. 7-8 months ago, she said they'd install braces for a few months to speed up the process, and we did. I went for a dental scan 4-5 months ago. Aligners normally arrive in a month at most. I call the hospital, and they say they'll let me know when they arrive. I call Duygu, but she doesn't answer; I text her, and she doesn't return my calls. If they didn't have other branches, I'd think they'd close the clinic and run away. But in any case, this is abuse. A patient shouldn't be left uninformed for five months. This isn't a grocery store; it's a clinic.
DON'T BELIEVE MOST OF THE REVIEWS, GO TO ANOTHER EUROPEAN DENTAL CLINIC. I HAD FILLERS DONE 3 TIMES BY MEHMET KUŞOĞLU AND MY FILLERS KEEP FALLING OUT. DON'T LOOK AT MOST OF THE OTHER REVIEWS.

On the second day of Ramadan, I had to go to a doctor because my broken filling was hurting and I couldn't find another place open. They said it was either root canal treatment or extraction. the next day, it caused an infection and abscess. When I went back, they said it was normal and prescribed antibiotics and painkillers. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights because of the pain. On the 6th day after the procedure, when the abscess went down, I went to my own doctor, and when the temporary filling was removed, they said no root canal had been done; the decay had just been cleaned and closed. They charged 6250 TL for this procedure, including X-rays. It was a complete fiasco. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you want to pay a lot of money and suffer pain on top of that, go ahead. If there was an authority I could complain to and prove my experience, I definitely would.
