Worst cleaning I've ever had in my life, service by dentist Marcelo.... After informing them of my dissatisfaction with the service, dentist Leonardo redid the cleaning with excellence, the clinic listened to my complaint and resolved my problem, I continue to have my treatments with them.

The doctors are excellent, attentive, and good professionals, however, they leave much to be desired in terms of punctuality; they are always late, and all appointments end up being delayed. I come from far away, from another city, I arrive on time, and I am never seen on time.

The first time I went was very good. The service and professionalism were excellent. However, the second (and last) time I was seen by a different dentist... Note: I wasn't in pain. She rushed through things and roughly hurt my gums. She left the room several times and chatted. It didn't hurt at the time because of the anesthesia. But after it wore off, oh my God. After 3 months, I still can't eat…

I was unlucky, I received poor service from the receptionist! I booked well in advance and they rescheduled twice without even checking if I was available at that time, and I ended up not being seen. The receptionist had zero empathy!
