I underwent orthodontic treatment for 2 years with Dr. Lucas. I was satisfied with the result. The doctors are experienced and extremely professional. I recommend this clinic.

Simply the best experience I've ever had when it comes to DENTISTRY. I take my hat off to all the staff at this clinic, from reception to procedures, everything is extremely professional and humane. I had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed, 2 of them were impacted, lying down and close to the nerve, and even so I had no problems, it was perfect! and Dr. Cris calmed me down and were extremely professional with me, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire process. For the first time I wasn't afraid to go to the dentist, because I knew I was in good hands. In addition to wisdom tooth treatment, Dr. Douglas also teaches how to properly brush your teeth (besides flossing), something that many dentists simply overlook, but not here! You will leave here knowing how to clean your teeth correctly. Both Thatys (I always get confused haha) are lovely people, they explained everything necessary to proceed with the treatment and answered all my questions! All the staff at this clinic are prepared to provide exceptional and high-quality care; I was extremely impressed. If you're apprehensive about any procedure, you can go without fear. At the Yokota & Xavier clinic, you'll have all the comfort possible, and it won't hurt at all! (That was my fear too!) Going to the dentist doesn't have to be a nightmare, and I guarantee you that at this clinic, it isn't! Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic :)

time. Dr. Douglas (an exceptional professional) evaluated me and told me everything I needed to do to have a permanently healthy mouth. Dr. Tati handles the contracts with politeness and delicacy, answering all your questions right away. Dr. Ana Clara did my root canal, she's a LOVELY person. Super careful and loving with me (I was terrified lol, but it wasn't the nightmare I imagined). As for Dr. Cristiane... poor thing, we suffered until my wisdom tooth finally understood that it was no longer welcome 😅, but that doesn't detract from her professionalism and care for her patients. I went through the entire treatment knowing exactly what each procedure was about and what to expect, which gives a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The sanitary protocol is respected with excellence, I loved all the care and concern for our health. Thaís, the receptionist at the clinic, is the diamond of the place. She is the one who mediates between patients and dentists, helping to answer all our questions in a very competent, polite and helpful way. Yes, we go home, but we can always contact the dentists through her to ask questions. At no time do you feel helpless having to make unnecessary returns because of these questions. I won't say I want to go back anytime soon lol, but whenever necessary I will choose this clinic because it has value, not just price. But, not everything is perfect lol...they don't treat children (this expectant mother was sad) and it's far from my house 😂. Oh, and I hated having anesthesia, seriously. It was the first time in my life and I don't recommend it lol Joking aside, I would like to thank the entire team immensely for the excellent service and the final result. May God bless you all.
