I've always had a phobia of dentists, but this time was different. I had fillings and a cleaning done by Dr. Thaina, and she made me feel very calm during her treatment; it was wonderful!!

very quickly, my questions were answered, and I proceeded with scheduling an evaluation appointment. Since that contact, I have been very satisfied with the way I am treated, received at the clinic, and how the consultations and treatments are carried out. I highlight their politeness, detailed explanations, and transparency in all aspects. They always make it very clear how the treatments will be applied and the reasons for them, in addition to keeping everything organized and described in the contracts for the security of both parties. During a consultation with them, it was identified that I had two wisdom teeth, one of which was impacted and close to a nerve, increasing the risk of extraction, in addition to an impacted canine tooth close to the roots of two other teeth (this one was not at all visible, as it was lying down and inside my jaw). After verifying these cases, I followed up with them to monitor the development of these teeth, and after it was determined that they could impact the other teeth, extraction was recommended. They explained the procedures in detail, including their long-term risks and benefits, and called in a maxillofacial specialist to perform the surgeries. I had the wisdom teeth extracted at the end of November 2024, and last week I also had the canine extracted, from which I am recovering as I write. All procedures were performed very professionally, carefully, and quickly, which contributed and continues to contribute to my recovery, which is going smoothly, without any discomfort or complications. I must emphasize that I experienced no major discomfort during or after the procedure (apart from the unavoidable soft food diet for the first week), and I also didn't have any pain, which, to be honest, I found quite impressive. In conclusion, I can't give my experience with them anything less than 5 stars; that would be unfair of me.

Excellent professional! Two years ago, I had an implant procedure done and I was very pleased with the service and results. The professional is well-trained and very dedicated. I received a lot of care and guidance, and I felt very secure with Dr. Douglas's approach. Currently, I have regular maintenance appointments, including cleaning the prosthesis. There is parking in the building's basement and another one on the street "across the street," very close to the avenue. They have many contact options to remind you of the day and time of your appointment; I didn't even need to program my cell phone! They already take care of that! The receptionist is also very cordial in welcoming you. I highly recommend them; I'm sure you won't regret it! The price is fair, and their work is of excellent quality!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at the clinic and I highly recommend them! My family has a history of trauma related to wisdom tooth removal, so I sought out a specialist clinic, and I can say it was well worth it. true angel. I didn't feel any pain, not even during the anesthesia. Everything was done calmly and with good humor. I also realized that for Dr. Douglas and Dr. Thaty, their professions are more than just a job; they are a life mission. Panic! Yes, traumatized by terrible treatment I received when I was very young, even thinking about the dentist's chair made me sweat and accelerate my heart rate. Many times I tried... Many times I gave up. I couldn't find a trustworthy professional who would support me with this trauma, but I also couldn't live with something that was affecting my social and family relationships anymore. Finally, after some research, I came across Yokota & Xavier and after reading some testimonials here, I made the decision and scheduled an evaluation appointment. It was a tense time, I confess. But there I encountered professionalism, empathy, patience, and great kindness, which helped me overcome panic, without judgment. The service is worthy of a professional trained at USP (University of São Paulo). All precautions are taken with sanitary protocols to avoid COVID-19. Lots of clarifications were provided. However, my only reservation is the cost of the treatment. It's very expensive for me. I already spent R$200 just for the consultation and estimate. I can't afford such an expensive treatment.
