I scheduled an appointment and waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes without any explanation. Other patients who arrived after me were seen before me by the same doctor I had scheduled with. Lack of commitment to the scheduled time and ineffective communication.
Golden tip: DON'T GO! I booked an appointment two weeks in advance, arrived 30 minutes early, and waited half an hour past my scheduled time. Nobody informed me or said anything when I complained about the delay. The explanation was that the dentist was seeing another patient during my appointment time because the patient was in pain. So why doesn't anyone have the decency to inform patients…

with scheduled appointments that their appointments will be delayed? A HUGE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMITMENT. THEY DON'T WARN ANYONE, THEY SIMPLY SEE ANOTHER PATIENT IN MY TURN, AND I'M LEFT WAITING LIKE A FOOL.
