The friendliest place for scaling and procedure consultations. The doctor is relaxed and doesn't make you tense when spilling all your sins on your teeth 😌 The staff is also helpful both online and in person. Sadly, the first time I came, my teeth were fine, I pressed them with a tool and asked, "Does this ever hurt?" I answered, "No, it never hurts, so pressing it makes it painful, doc 🙂 But it's safe, I'll just avoid that dentist next time, hehe. Thank you wsdc🤝🏻

My first time trying treatment at White Smile Dental and I was very satisfied with the service! I took the All-in-One Spa Dental package, and everything went smoothly—from scaling and stain removal to polishing—everything was done meticulously and comfortably. The doctor was friendly and communicative, explaining my dental condition clearly. I also had an additional procedure (dental curettage) due to tartar under my gums, and this was explained beforehand, so I felt safe and respected as a patient. The place is clean, the equipment is sterile, and the clinic has a calming atmosphere. Highly recommended for those looking for routine dental care or aesthetic enhancements with maximum results!

I've actually been a patient here for a long time. So far, my dental treatments have been safe, including scaling, fillings, and so on. But my last treatment experience here was very disappointing. Initially, I was only supposed to have a tartar removal. Then, because there was a small chip on my molar near the filling, the doctor recommended removing the old filling and replacing it with a new one. (Even though there were no significant problems with the previous filling.) Because the cavity was quite deep, "the doctor only explained the risks after I had the old filling removed." And now, after a month of treatment, my tooth hurts terribly, even though I had no problems with the old filling for decades. My advice to the doctor who treated me at the time (I remember, but I won't mention his name): if he wants to explain the risks (which I think are serious), he should have explained the effects and risks BEFORE the procedure. Because none of the doctors there have dared to remove my old filling. And as a doctor, I'd also like to be more intentional with my explanations to patients. Don't try to scare them. Be more patient with your work and with the nurses who are assisting you. Sorry, but I'm disappointed with Smile Dental this time because I've never had a toothache in my entire life, and now I have this one. 😞
