They prepared a detailed technical report and referred me to the emergency care network, indicating exactly where I should seek assistance and what procedures should be performed. Even after I had returned to Belo Horizonte, they continued to monitor my situation, contacting me to find out how I was doing and if the treatment was progressing well. This gesture demonstrates that, in practice, what is described on the WI website truly happens: empathetic listening, understanding of the patient's needs, and human care combined with technical excellence. The conduct they adopted was even praised by the doctor who is currently overseeing my treatment at the hospital, which further reinforces the safety and quality of the care I received. At a time when I felt vulnerable and distant from my support network, Dr. Isabelle and Dr. Wanessa literally didn't let go of my hand.
