Unfortunately the endodontic therapy was unsuccessful. I’ve spent 5 months in White Clinic trying to treat the tooth. They use old methods and do not provide required level of sanitation for endodontic treatment. Also, the root canal was missed during the treatment. Dear Ilya, We are sorry to hear you had complications after endodontic treatment was performed. Unfortunately, endodontic treatment is never 100% successful and if you look online for clinical studies, you will find that, for molars, around 86% successful rate can be achieved at best. I have checked your case documentation and found that all the control X-ray scans, of your treatment at our clinic, show adequate obturation. Of course, I understand that all of that does not mean much if you had pain after treatment. I wish you could have reached out to us and we would perform retreatment with no charge to you. Again, I am sorry your treatment outcome was not successful, but again grateful for showing restraint in rating us. It seems that rarely anyone uses 4, 3 or 2 but only 5 or 1. I made an appointment for dental treatment (darkening and chip). They made an appointment literally two days later. When I visited the doctor, I told him where and what the problem was. I give him credit, the doctor went through the questionnaire and clarified the medical instructions. or not. I had to stop the doctor and find out what she was doing? I signed up for one procedure, but they started doing what they themselves decided! Then they invited an orthodontist for a consultation and offered an installment plan for bite treatment. When I left the doctor, they took an X-ray of my teeth right there in the office, which is also a plus. They said they would send the X-ray by email, but two weeks later they still hadn’t sent the X-ray. When I got home and checked my work schedule, I tried to make an appointment with the same doctor for a new appointment to treat the tooth and for my husband to be examined. When calling and texting, they couldn't find two appointments in a row for two weeks. It turned out that this doctor had two free appointments in a row in 3 weeks! After two weeks of waiting, my tooth started to hurt and bother the inside of my cheek and tongue. I tried to re-register myself and my husband with any other doctor for my next day off, but it turned out that I had already been booked for that day, although I had not confirmed this appointment time! They offered another day for an appointment! When I insisted on a specific day (a week after the call), there were also no free appointments in a row! In the end, I simply gave in and registered myself and my husband in another clinic.
I recently underwent some dental procedures at White Clinic Belgrade and feel compelled to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding professionalism from Dr. Ruzica as well as Dr. Vlad and Dr. Andjela. All of them are totally bilingual and exceeded my expectations with their expertise. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending WCB to anyone requiring dental treatment.

I have had dental problems for a long time. I used to visit supposedly "strong" clinics. When I came to this clinic, I solved all my long-standing dental problems. Dr. Vlada is a God-given surgeon. I’m very satisfied. The price was also quite reasonable. In addition to the braces, I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Vladimir Malušev — the procedure was quick and virtually free of side effects. I also had three air-flow cleanings with Dr. Jana Sibinović and Dr. Tamara Savić, all of which were positive experiences. I highly recommend Dr. Violeta Pajić and the entire team at White Clinic.
