My trusted dental clinic. I assume I'll visit the dentist every year because I have quite a few dental problems. I went to many clinics without finding the level of professionalism I find here. I stumbled upon it by chance since I was working nearby, but even after moving, changing offices, and so on, I still go here. The service, speed, and quality of work are top-notch.

I'm very happy with Lola's care, who always reminds me of my appointments, and with my dentist, Laura, who has been treating me for years and keeping my gingivitis at bay. Great professionals, highly recommended clinic.

Bad experience. I don't recommend them. They performed unnecessary procedures, among other things. I'm editing this review because it's been censored several times, and on top of that, they respond with more lies. They charged me 90 euros for a deep cleaning that lasted about four or five minutes. o more teeth that needed fillings and that I should hurry because the decay was going to reach the root. Since I no longer trusted them, I went to get quotes from other dentists, and they said the teeth didn't need fillings; I simply had tooth sensitivity, which you tried to pass off as discomfort caused by decay. Oh! And I should add that the receptionist wasn't just rude, she was downright awful. I remind you that your invoice exists, and the quotes from the other dentists do too, so please don't censor my review again; it's happened about five times already. So it's no surprise that all the reviews are positive. People mistakenly believe their reviews are published when they write them on Google. You have to log out of your computer and exit the application, and only then check that they're published. As a bonus, you cut them off or don't publish them at all. You're doing this to me because I keep insisting. You caught me feeling down and unable to respond. I'm posting it a year and a half later, even if it's been five. He who tells the truth neither sins nor lies.

Good morning Victoria, we see that you came in July 2021 (almost 2 years ago) and we didn't perform any "treatment" on you. We only attended to your request for a bite guard that had been recommended to you by several dentists, as you told us. We don't understand your comment after 2 years since the visit.
Very unpleasant, they ask for your personal information... just to get you to come in for a consultation, I have serious doubts... harsh treatment... they make you leave without warning you that they are going to ask for all your personal information and more than a medical history, why do they want your information before you even decide to do something with it??? Good afternoon, our patients ALWAYS complete an OFFICIAL health questionnaire from the MADRID COLLEGE OF DENTISTS during their initial visits to rule out allergies and other significant medical conditions, ensuring the safety of our treatments. It is mandatory and is for the health of our patients; in fact, you should be suspicious if they don't ask you to complete it.
The best dentist I've ever had! They're so friendly, they explain everything they're doing, and they show you so you understand what's happening. Highly recommend! ⭐

I went for an emergency. And the result: 10/10. First of all, Lola's care was fantastic. The treatment, which was a root canal on a tooth that was in terrible shape, was done by Laura. Besides doing a very professional job, she's also very kind and friendly. I'm going to continue going to this Dental We clinic (and stop going to the one I used to go to...). Like I said, 10/10

What a wonderful experience I had with Lola and Dr. Laura! I went to the office without an appointment due to an emergency, and I felt understood and valued the entire time. It was clear they had a genuine interest in helping me get my smile back after one of my veneers broke. They were a lifesaver, and the service was top-notch. I felt right at home.

Highly recommend this place! Got a general teeth clean and was able to navigate the whole process (from booking to payment) in English. As another reviewer mentioned, you get an idea of cost beforehand, and get really great service. Everyone there was lovely - definitely found my Madrid dentist!
