I’ve had the most amazing experience with the team who are very caring and intensive with all of my needs and wish . Very one is so welcoming and the clinic is very clean and professionally done . All my dreams have come true with the help and support this guys have given me .

final cost was €5,800, and I was assured that everything was organized as agreed. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found that we were given a room without a balcony. The hotel system had listed a reservation for a standard room. In the meantime, my caretaker had been changed to Jacek, and Michel had stopped working at the clinic. Despite reporting the issue, the room was not changed—it was promised after two days, but nothing happened until the end of my stay. Another issue involved payment. I paid €6,000 (I didn't have the deducted amount), and the rest was only refunded on the last day, and only after repeated reminders. This was explained as a mistake by the previous coordinator, but it's difficult to accept that the patient should bear the consequences of someone else's mistakes. I was also assured that a Polish or German-speaking interpreter would be available. There wasn't one on site—initially, communication was handled via Google Translate. Only after my intervention was someone assigned who spoke very little German, making it difficult to understand important medical issues. The treatment plan also changed. I was supposed to receive my permanent teeth on Friday, and a checkup was scheduled for Saturday before my Sunday flight. On Friday, I was informed that the work wasn't ready—the teeth weren't done until Saturday, and the checkup wasn't scheduled. This was stressful and unprofessional for me. On the plus side, I can say that the final result of the treatment is satisfactory, and fortunately, I had no complications. Unfortunately, the organization, communication, and patient-centered approach left much to be desired. I feel that the patient isn't always prioritized.

From the first visit to the final fitting the service has been first class. They communicated via whatsapp all the way through my journey. Once in turkey I was chauffeured from the airport to my hotel (included in the package) and to and from the clinic (not always required as the hotel was close). I went to VK Smile Studio for veneers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was so friendly, and the clinic was very modern and clean. My new smile looks natural and beautiful. I’m so grateful to Dr. Veysel and his team for such a fantastic result.

Unsurprisingly, three out of four crowns do not match my natural teeth. Very disappointing experience, and I will need to redo the work elsewhere.

From booking to completing the treatment for my teeth - service was exceptional! Communication is briliant, all questions answered. I have 3 implants, teeth look stunning and super natural. Dentist is very good - has a good knowledge and happy to help with anything. All staff is amazing, so friendly, I felt like visiting family. I absolutely do recommend it!
