Avoid, was looking for composite bonding for my partner. They were insisting on crowns. Then to test them, i sent over my teeth which are perfectly fine, in fact i had tested another clinic to see if they had integrity. The other clinic stated my teeth are ‘beautiful’. your welfare. There welfare concern =money. I have attached whatsapp prove for you to enjoy. 1 is there stupid quote, the other was from the trustworthy clinic called Oslo (im undecided on using them yet) but they stated my teeth are in fact beautiful!

We must clearly state that you have never been a patient at our clinic and you are not in our records. It is quite revealing that someone who is not our patient is attempting to defame our clinic with 'scam' accusations based on a simple WhatsApp inquiry, while simultaneously using this review to intentionally promote another clinic. This clearly shows the true, underlying intent of this review. Medical diagnoses and treatment plans are not made via messaging, but through face-to-face clinical examinations by a specialist dentist. We strictly reserve all our legal rights against this blatant smear campaign and unfair attack on our brand's reputation.
Very happy with vk smile. I came with a couple of problems that another dental clinic left me with. These problems were all sorted out within a couple of hours and I left with the 2 implants the other clinic had trouble getting in. The staff are all so gentle and caring.

They can't open standard DICOM CT scan files. These are standard files from computed tomography scanners, created in Europe, and a treatment plan is based on them. 1 STAR – WARNING: My Experience with VK Smile I travelled to Turkey specifically to have 20 crowns fitted at VK Smile. My invoice clearly stated 20 crowns. I paid in full for 20 crowns. After my teeth were shaved down, I was fitted with bridges, not individual crowns. When I questioned this, I was told these were “temporary” and that my final treatment would be 20 crowns as agreed. this in writing via WhatsApp (their main method of communication), and they reassured me I would receive 20 crowns. However, they repeatedly delayed the fitting of the so-called “final teeth” until just before my return flight home. At that point — when I was under time pressure to leave the country — they again presented me with bridges instead of crowns. This was not what I paid for. I refused to accept the treatment and walked out. After significant arguing, they offered a 50% refund — but only on the condition that I sign a document stating that if I posted any negative review anywhere online (including Trustpilot or TripAdvisor), I would have to pay them £20,000. I felt completely pressured. The only way to recover any of my money was to sign. Thankfully, I had the financial ability to leave and seek treatment elsewhere. Many people who travel for dental work have saved for years and may not be able to afford another flight, extended accommodation, or corrective treatment. In that situation, you are effectively trapped: accept what you’re given or lose everything. In my experience, the process felt carefully timed — reassurances at every stage, delays until departure day, and then pressure when you have limited options. I cannot recommend VK Smile based on my experience. If you are considering treatment abroad, be extremely cautious, get absolutely everything in writing in advance, and do not allow yourself to be rushed at the final stage.

In your case, placing individual crowns was not medically viable. A bridge was a clinical necessity to ensure structural integrity and functional durability. It was unacceptable to demand that our doctors deviate from medical guidelines. We would like to emphasize that your treatment was successfully completed as planned, and all services were provided in full. Despite this, following your personal dissatisfaction, our clinic processed a refund as a gesture of goodwill. This was carried out under a standard mutual settlement protocol, which is a routine legal procedure in international health tourism to protect the rights of both parties. Despite our professional approach and the completed refund, we find it deeply regrettable that you have chosen to turn this into a social media attack with baseless claims.
