The staff was very attentive, and Dr. Marco was outstanding. I have major anxiety about going to the dentist, even in America, but he was so understanding and gentle. He walked me through everything, checked in with me often, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He also gave me a beautiful, confident smile. I’m truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion from the entire team. I couldn’t be happier!!

treatment is superior. They are gentle, kind and concerned for your care. They also assisted me with the information I needed to submit a claim to my insurance company back in the states. All of this and then they called me when I got home to make sure everything was work well. Highly recommend Vivant Smile!

from the prior location with the post that the prior location had put in and a teeth cleaning. Also, prior to the installation of the two post I needed something called a sinus lift. They brought in two specialist doctors to do that lift and install the post. Procedures went well. The one thing that stands out to me is the communication from the very beginning of my texting with. Saied, I probably spelled that wrong. But he was very understanding. The weight was A little bit longer than I’d like when I first went because there was some kind of mishap in the office. He was very empathetic. Great communication before during and even after the procedure. I plan on going back in the six months. I’ll get one more post installed and put the two crowns on and likely another extraction and another post. They’re also very close to the border. Not even really a full block anyways that’s my experience.

old veneers, which was exactly what I thought was wrong. He didn’t tell me what he thought I wanted to hear, he told me the truth. His professional opinion. When I actually got to meet him in person he was friendly and absolutely knew what he was doing. He made the entire experience easy and stress free. My new veneers look wonderful, so much better and more suited to my face than my old ones were. He had amazing attention to detail. He and his assistant even came in on a Sunday to do the initial work. All of the amazing work cost only a fraction of what it would in the states. I plan on keeping up with my yearly visits as well. These people aren’t just trying to get your money and get you out the door, they are establishing lifelong relationships with patients. He also has great taste in music. 😎

the moment I reached out the compassion and competence were superb. They speak excellent English and explain all your options thoroughly. No pressure what so ever. They created my all on 6 upper over denture. Implant and denture work is far more complicated than Crowns and fillings. They work with an excellent lab and guarantee their work. I can’t say enough good about them and my new smile shows it.

planning right up to the day I walked through the door was flawless, once arriving and everyone was so friendly and helpful I kept feeling better and better about what I was about to do every minute. I had pretty extensive work done (imo anyway) root canal with a post for a crown, 18 other crown and one bridge crown as well as 5 implants that will crowned at a later date. Dr Andrea Romero performed my root canal, him and his team we like a f1 pit crew, very friendly, efficient and informative on what was going on. Next Dr Marco Giraldo, tackled my crowns, always checking how I was doing, making sure I got breaks when needed, kept thing light with good music and answering any questions anytime, and when it came to fitting them, I couldn’t be more particular than he was, he takes allot of pride in his work. Dr Natalia Andrade did my implants and was so gentle for such a procedure but I did have a rough time from prior experiences with extractions that I request IV sedation, once I got that it was a piece of cake. When I came fully out of sedation and was okay to go back to apartment I wasn’t groggy or in pain at all, I knew I was well taken care of, the next day I went for a check up to make sure I was healing good and okay to travel home, clean bill!! Also a major part of the team were the dental assistants Samantha, Norberto and Veronica, they would switch out with each other from time to time and it was flawless, very personable and helpful!! The was also Juan who was filming throughout the procedures with my approval of coarse, and cannot forget about Vicky at the front desk another friendly considerate employee of the team. I tell you the 5 and a half days I was there off and on there was no negativity, everyone was like family working together, joking around when the time was right, by day two I was in on the lightness cause I felt like part of the team, was truly a great experience and I highly recommended Vivant to anyone wanting to get dental work done in Mexico, thanks again Vivant team!! I didn’t add any photos because my chiclets will be all over Vivants social media as they are that damn good!! lol

I ultimately decided to go with veneers, and I’m so glad I did. When I came back for my appointment, he made sure I was completely happy with how they would look, asked if I wanted any changes, and didn’t move forward until I felt confident. His attention to detail and true concern for his patients really stood out. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for someone who is caring, honest, and truly takes pride in their work.

Traveling to Mexico felt completely safe and stress-free. The clinic is modern, spotless, and filled with genuinely kind people. If you’re nervous about dental work or traveling for care, I can’t recommend Dr. Ramos and Vivant Smile Design enough. We will be back.

They made me feel so comfortable and confident in their care that it feels 100% worth it for me to travel from North Carolina twice a year to see them for my dental needs … and considering the price of dental work in the US, it’s not even like its an extravagance, with travel and everything it works out all the same.

their expertise to design your teeth correctly to make you smile. My original crowns looked like chiclet gum pieces that were too thick and stretched my upper lip with a dull ache. They were too big for my facial structure shape and the back of the crowns didn’t not meet the back of my upper gums. I also had two crowns that were decayed. One was done by my general dentist and wasn’t sealed properly and the other by an ice princess dentist who I quickly let a scout take me to. The crown she did still had part of a filling in it and cracked my molar. The other one fell off. I needed help because I obviously didn’t know how to navigate this. I contacted Grisel who coordinates with various dental professionals who have a good reputation. I put my trust in her and it paid off. My experience at the Vivant Smile Design was pleasant from the moment the door opened. That was a humorous experience. The staff member who was standing out front asked me if I needed assistance in selecting a dentist. I told him my maps wouldn’t load and if he could tell me where Vivant Smile Design was. He opened the door. I thought he was being funny until he pointed to the advertisement out front. I was laughing so hard and so was he. The vibe within was very joyful with everyone smiling and laughing. The staff definitely have a great time together. It felt welcoming. They all are very personable. Dr. Marco’s knew right away that my original upper crowns were problematic. He caught that I spoke with a lisp. That was such a thorn in my side caused by those obnoxious crowns! When he told me he could fix my issues with confidence I felt such a relief. Even my temporary teeth were by far excellent compared to the original. The lisp is gone and my new crowns fit without any stretching or ache. They feel natural and look amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience with a great outcome.

in the process of my care was caring, supportive, and skilled in their part of my treatment. I had a root canal, 4 wonderfully color matched crowns and 3 implants all completed with high tech processes. I will return in 6 month for the completion of my implants with confidence!
