’t listen to the receptionist tell him. He didn’t introduce himself or tell me if he was a technician or a dentist. I don’t understand the good reviews. This place is not professional. I left immediately. If you decide to go here because of all the high reviews, pay attention to how they treat you: if their culture of domination, out of insecurity, means they'll bulldoze you instead of listen. Dishonest. I paid by card, but he told me the money hadn't arrived, so I paid in cash. The next day I brought a receipt from the bank, but nothing happened. He denied everything. I don't recommend it.

er it hurt, she rudely replied, "If you didn't want it to hurt, you wouldn't have gotten whitened." She showed no attention or sensitivity to the patient during the procedure. At the end of the treatment, my friend and I asked to pay by card, but were told it wasn't possible because there was no receptionist and that we had to pay in cash. She repeatedly insisted that we withdraw money. Since we couldn't, we agreed to return the next day to pay by card. The next day, the receptionist told us the POS wasn't working and again insisted on cash payment. When we explained that we couldn't, they forced us to make a bank transfer on the spot, without offering any alternatives or apologizing for the inconvenience. Overall, a very negative experience, both due to the rudeness of the staff and the lack of professionalism and transparency in payments. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
The result exceeded my expectations: natural and flawless, performed with such precision that I couldn't tell the difference between the treatment and the rest of my teeth. The staff was also incredibly kind. I'm more than satisfied!
