First experience today, terrible. They scheduled the appointment for 5 PM. They asked me to arrive earlier, which I did, it was just for a cleaning, and when I entered the room, the guy there said he didn't have time and would just take a look. Seriously, they make me leave my job, spend my time there waiting to be seen, only to hear that… It's absurd!! And after I leave, they make excuses…

saying they would request another dentist. And why didn't they solve it while I was still there!? They're playing games and have no seriousness in their work, but the insurance company will find out… It wasn't a mistake, they'll invent any excuse, it's negligence, irresponsibility with other people's time, and they didn't even apologize… They let me leave, and now it's a "mistake"… They didn't see me because they didn't want to… that's all… if they couldn't, why did they set a specific time for something they already knew would be done, the cleaning…
The best possible, Dr. Breno Nogueira is top-notch, certainly one of the most dedicated professionals in his field, and he inspires a lot of confidence in his patients.

The dentists' service is top-notch, but the reception service, oh my God! It took more than two weeks to schedule an appointment, the worst service in the world. Change that receptionist, because you're going to lose a lot of clients! And I'm usually calm, but I've lost my patience.
