The service was terrible! I only went to get my front teeth filled, but the corners of my mouth started hurting terribly. Before the dentist even started working on me, the assistant kept putting that absorbent in my mouth, which hurt so much that they were practically sucking out all the skin. During the filling process, the suction device needs to be kept in the mouth to ensure the treatment area is dry. Sometimes, if the patient cannot fully relax their jaw or is unable to maintain mouth shape due to long-term tooth loss, it may cause excessive suction. We noticed that you moved suddenly during the procedure, and the team stopped the operation immediately to ensure safety. When you said that water splashed into your nose, we quickly used tissues to block it and expedite the treatment. Placing the tissues also confirmed that your breathing was smooth. We sincerely apologize for the breathing discomfort caused during the treatment and will improve the attention to detail in communication and procedures within the team.
