150,000 pesos just for the consultation, without any treatment. They told me I needed a dental cleaning when I actually needed a root canal. I went because I had an EMERGENCY, not because I wanted treatment. I want to clarify that I was never rude. I arrived with an emergency, in intense pain, and I was crying, so I was silent at times. e. As a patient, I was only seeking help, understanding, and dignified treatment in a difficult situation. I always maintained respect, even in the midst of pain. I hope this situation serves as a reminder that a patient in pain doesn't need judgment, but empathy. Professional quality is also demonstrated in humane treatment, especially in emergency situations.

Your attitude was inappropriate, and you had consistently poor attitude from the beginning of the consultation. You weren't even able to finish the appointment. Everything has its protocol; I have 10 years of experience diagnosing and treating patients and have established a successful reputation, but a good attitude and respect during the consultation are essential. The fact that you had a root canal doesn't mean you actually needed it. Our prices are based on the costs we incur when attending to emergencies on weekends. Our prices are different during the week and during regular business hours.
