t night, even though I was seen the next morning, they charged me an extremely high price because it was the emergency rate. That's when things started to get strange, but I was in pain and needed treatment. We started the treatment, and strangely, I needed to undergo about 8 X-rays. I've never seen such a situation, and the dentist thought he was doing me a favor, charging only for 3 X-rays. (To this day, I don't know if so many X-rays were necessary, but okay.) We did the first session, and I paid the agreed amount, understanding that the price already included the restoration. It didn't, but okay. In the second session, there was another series of X-rays to finish the root canal. I felt insecure about the treatment and decided not to pay to have the restorations done by the same team. I left and looked for another office to have the reconstruction done. Luckily, I sought out another professional. No one understood how, but inside my gum, there was a lot of cotton, between the tooth and the gum, and it had healed and caused an infection. It was very painful. I had to pay for minor surgery to remove the cotton from my gum, pay for medication, and wait a few days to be able to have the reconstruction done. I had it done, but the root canal was very, very poorly done. I still feel pain today. I started treatment again and will have to redo the root canal. A great lack of professionalism.

Good afternoon, Wanessa. Since you were dissatisfied with our service, we would like to clarify a few points: 1) To perform root canal treatment, we first perform a procedure called access, where we take an initial and a final radiograph to confirm the success of the procedure. We perform the root canal in another session, where we take at least 3 (three) more radiographs. In your case, you had 2 (two) root canals done on different teeth with us, so at least 8 (eight) radiographs should have been taken in total. All procedures were performed with your authorization, duly explained and priced before we started your treatment. Endodontics is one thing, restoration of your crown is a completely different procedure, therefore, it was not included in the root canal price, which is why we really don't understand your complaint. I repeat: The price of everything was given beforehand and there were no complaints from you during the 3 appointments we had with you. 2) Regarding the cotton swab: We were at your final appointment for the restoration of your tooth, and since it was bleeding heavily, we opted to place cotton soaked in a hemostatic agent to stop the bleeding and, consequently, allow us to perform the procedure. However, the bleeding did not stop, and we asked you to wait a while in the reception area for hemostasis to occur and for you to return. You chose not to wait and left. 3) The root canals were well done, and we have the radiographs as proof. Given all of this and considering all of our patients, we believe your assessment is unfair because we are fully committed to ALL, absolutely all of our patients.
More than qualified, excellent materials and perfect professionals, Isabelle and Janaides are super incredible. I arrived with a serious situation and they were super professional and receptive. I loved it, I highly recommend them, and best of all, the price is affordable!
I took my husband in this morning (June 7, 2025) because his front tooth was completely broken, and they did a perfect restoration that didn't even look like he was missing a tooth. We were very well attended to, and the service was of high quality.
