I highly recommend and appreciate the emergency dental service at the Torre Médica with Dr. Guerrero and his team. The care and diagnosis were very timely and effective. They also offer X-rays to supplement the diagnosis. In my case, I arrived after undergoing treatment at another center where I had surgery. I got an infection, and everything was resolved very quickly. Thank you very much!

Excellent service and a very professional doctor. Today I had an emergency tooth extraction after going to so many places without success. Thank God I found Dr. Guerrero. Thank you for your attention; he was very attentive throughout the entire process, and he and his assistant were very kind. I felt very comfortable, and he explained everything very clearly. I found this doctor because I had a terrible experience in Requinoa. They told me they could extract my wisdom tooth, but they never actually did. Instead, they broke it, leaving the root and nerve exposed. With medication, I was pain-free for a day, but by the second day, I couldn't even speak. This doctor was able to treat me and extract what they had left, and thanks to him, my pain is gone.…

Now I'm recovering, but I recommend him 1000000%. He's truly dedicated and gives his patients peace of mind. I'm so grateful to him, especially for seeing me on a Sunday when clinics are usually closed.

The patient requested care on a Sunday. He was seen immediately, and a severe infection and pain were resolved. This condition was diagnosed through physical and radiographic examination. After the problem was resolved, the patient was referred to an endodontist electively. He is now pain-free and the infection is under control. The associated costs include the Sunday or holiday consultation, immediate radiograph, and emergency trepanation. The patient chose not to undergo the endodontic treatment later with the indicated specialist. For 20 years, we have been providing emergency dental care, with a high level of patient satisfaction. We strive to be as clear as possible regarding the diagnosis, prognosis, and clinical actions involved, including those planned for the future. In any case, we will try to be even clearer and more informative in our communication with our patients. All feedback is welcome and appreciated. My son isn't always receptive to doctors in general, but with Dr. Guerrero, it was as if they had known each other forever. The best experience my husband could have had. He had an emergency with two teeth that no one wanted to extract. We contacted the doctor, and he was incredibly attentive and provided an immediate solution. He had practically no pain after the operation. The doctor gets a 7 out of 10.

Excellent dental care. Based on my experience, I've requested dental appointments with same-day results. The office hours are good for after-hours treatment. Regarding payment, there are several payment methods available for treatments. Finally, I can emphasize the most important aspect of the treatment: the dentist and his assistant, who both respond promptly to questions and/or concerns.

There really is emergency dental care at the Torre Médica Dental Clinic. A couple of weeks ago, with discomfort from another wisdom tooth, I started looking for dentists online and found that there was an emergency dental clinic at the Torre Médica with a dentist named Claudio Guerrero. Obviously, I read other patients' experiences because I didn't want to go through the same thing again. The reviews were all positive, so I decided to contact the dentist. He very kindly called me, we talked, I explained my situation, and just talking to him made me feel comfortable. He finally saw me, extracted my tooth, and I didn't feel a thing. His technique is excellent because I'm afraid of anesthesia, and once he extracted the tooth, I was already out of pain. I had no pain or paresthesia for hours afterward. From that day on, I will continue my treatment with him, and I will take my children to him as well. With this, I want to emphasize how important it is to meet the dentist beforehand to build trust. Dr. Guerrero is kind, empathetic, takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly, and if there are any questions, you can contact him via WhatsApp, and that's it. I should also mention that his assistant is very kind. I am so grateful to have found such a good professional.
