The procedures to be performed on my teeth were explained step by step. I was even shown how each device worked, and my fears about dental treatment were alleviated. On of the best clinics (comparing with several countries, Moscow and Israel are among them) with the professionals working there and a very high quality results!!! My enchantress’s name is Lale Sena Akdemir - she is the light in the end of the tunnel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is a high professional and a wonderful, amazing person and with her you will forget about the fear and pain and stress or whatever bad you used to feel with the dentist! So, my story is: In the end of April 2022 I had an urgent problem with one tooth right before holidays and a couple of days before our flight. I got a quick and professional help the day I asked for it and I was treated so good that fell in love with the clinic and the specialist from the first try. Lale Sena treated my tooth with the inflammation so gentle, properly and without any pain, plus we did it on time before the flight that I realized from that moment - she is the one!!! And plus she has such an energy!!! She finds a right way to you and gives you such a comfort that you can forget about the reason you came! in a good way I mean)) Two days ago (12.12.22) I came back from other country just for 3 days to specifically this clinic and this dentist as they are the best! And know what? I got a great one treatment again! The one I was expected and even more! Also we will schedule the next steps of the treatment for the next year so I will return and not once!!! I began my orthodontic treatment with Urban Dental in 2023 and happily completed it in June 2025, with beautiful teeth. While previous advice suggested laminate veneers, thanks to my doctor, Tuğce, I learned that this was a problem that could be resolved with aligner treatment. With aligner and implant treatment, while preserving my own teeth, I achieved the exact natural result I desired. As a clinic with extensive technological capabilities, knowing the outcome of my aligner treatment from day one was particularly helpful. The disciplined communication between Tuğce and the orthodontist, Bilge, who meticulously maintained every detail, was a source of motivation throughout this process. After the aligner treatment, the implant process was the most daunting part for me, but thanks to Mr. Yusuf and Ms. Tuğçe, I completed four implants without any problems. Their doctors are reliable, and their entire staff is friendly and communicates quickly. You don't have to worry about scheduling an appointment; everything is planned and informed for you. It's become a clinic for not only me but also my family, including my wife, son, mother, and nephew.
