Uptown being Uptown, the parking situation as expected, is not ideal. Better to save time and just park at Starling Mall. For any usual check-up it would cost you about 1 to 2 ringgits of parking fee. But that is true of any establishment at Uptown's location. Everything else, especially the experience and quality of Uptown Dental Surgery, is simply exceptional. I was nerve-wrecked on my first appointment there for checkup and repairs. The doctor I booked with was Dr Gloria (forgot her surname), and she was super friendly and warm! Unlike the conventional straight to the point consultations, she knows how to communicate with a patient. The customer service desk was accommodating too (I was very late to the appointment) and they even took the time to tend to my extra-extra inquiries. I did a composite filling/repair of some kind + check-up, and the price was fair, and on par with the market in PJ. No overselling or pushing over the top expensive procedures. I came, got treated and left with a smile - very professional. Environment-wise - Clinic is well furnished, comfortable and clean - expected of any medical facility. Went for repairs but surprisingly left with a free varnish treatment too. Definitely appreciate the value-added service. It was a one-off thing at first, but now I have a lined up my scheduled visits there for 2023 :PP p.s Thank you Dr Gloria!

I highly recommended Uptown cos Dr Sia is very professional. The clinic has modern equipment . I had a crown treatment in mid Dec 2021. I have to have dental treatment overseas and the practice one should have dental x-ray once in 2 years(many of us would not know that rule which is avoid radiation) The staff quickly email the X ray without which I cannot get my emergency dental treatment. good service and courtesy from this dental clinic
