Had my 6 months of teeth cleaning with Paula. She has done a very good job. Gentle and careful because I have receding gum. The staff are polite and friendly. They even have a free massage chair while waiting. Great service. I'm a tourist and this is good for people who are visiting Santiago and need teeth cleaning. Thank you!
Not recommended at all. The first appointment was fine, a cleaning. The second appointment was for teeth whitening. They spammed me with a WhatsApp confirmation 50 times, I confirmed all 50 times, and then, with only an hour to go, they canceled, claiming the woman who answered made a mistake and scheduled me with the surgeon. Completely unacceptable.
Today was my first time visiting. I saw it had good reviews and decided to go for it. I couldn't have made a better decision. Everyone, literally everyone, was very friendly. They explained everything in detail and made sure the experience was pleasant. I went for a dental cleaning, and it's the first time I haven't suffered during the process.
