I am visiting from the United States and I temporarily lost my bag with my retainer while traveling in Chile. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they were so helpful and scheduled me for an appointment as fast as possible and said they would work with the lab to make the retainer before I left. So kind and responsive!

Excellent service, but they have a deficiency that I don't think is acceptable for a medical center: they never contact you by any means, not even to remind you or confirm your appointment.
