This clinic changed its name to Campos Odonto, whereas before it was Dental Clinica, which changed in November or December of 2024. At this new clinic, the staff are friendly, but they take advantage of the opportunity to extract all your money, adding procedures that aren't even necessary, and as for the dentists, the service is the same as any other dental clinic, nothing surprising.

Although there was a communication breakdown regarding payment by bank slip, and I am vehemently against the "Balance" system, where you need to pay in advance to proceed with the procedures, completely negating the logic of installment payments... Fábio at least offered to resolve this problem, giving his word for the best solution. There is no logic in installment payments if it is necessary…

After evaluating the case, the professional, instead of identifying the problem with the tooth causing the pain, hastily suggested placing a permanent dental crown with a post on my husband. Furthermore, during the evaluation, she kept tapping on my husband's teeth. On someone who is in pain? In addition, during my routine check-up, the dentist diagnosed an infiltration in a tooth that had previously undergone root canal treatment. She took a kind of pliers and wiggled the tooth that had the infiltration. Is this really the proper way? Or did she just want to cause harm, I wondered later. Finally, abruptly and without considering other less invasive procedures, such as a simple filling, she immediately recommended the application of a temporary dental crown and later a permanent one, stating that my tooth was beyond repair and claiming that if I didn't do it soon I would feel a lot of pain. Faced with these excessive and questionable recommendations, I sought the advice of another professional, who, contrary to the dentist's proposal, indicated that a filling should be done in the affected area for me, and a root canal for my husband. Given this, I am left wondering if the dentist was not being hasty in her diagnoses. This raises doubts about her qualifications and ethics. Did she act desperately due to her inexperience/lack of skill? I was particularly concerned about the dentist's approach, which seemed inclined to suggest invasive procedures without considering less radical and more conservative alternatives. Furthermore, I felt there was a lack of professional ethics in questioning my profession before presenting the treatments, which gave me the impression that she was more interested in performing expensive treatments than offering a truly adequate and conservative solution. I consider this type of practice unacceptable and would like to warn other patients to be cautious when seeking care at this clinic. What should have been dignified and attentive care turned into a distressing and distrustful experience.

I first got to know the dental clinic when it was on Ellis Maas Street. I met the professionals there and I've always received excellent care, especially from Dr. Andressa. Today, I was seen at the Itapecerica road location by Dr. Wellington, who also provided excellent care. The service from everyone was wonderful.

I had 3 dental procedures done (filling, cleaning, and implant). I thought the implant would be painful, but it was super easy. I needed it urgently, but I managed to schedule it quickly and had the implant done within the time I had available. I received excellent care from the receptionist to all the dentists I saw. I recommend them.
