Very poor service. I had a porcelain crown made that fell out several times and they refused to fix the mistake. In short, I lost the money I paid.

I had a terrible experience after my procedure. There was a lack of communication with the client regarding prices. I paid an absurd amount and wasn't even prepared for it because they didn't tell me when I had the procedure that I would have to pay that much, which was "just a cleaning".

Very good experience. The professionals who attended to me, Drs. Veronice, Cláudio, Victor, and Cláudio, are technically qualified and ethical. The place is hygienic, the reception area is quick and easy to use. They meet deadlines for service delivery and are extremely respectful to all clients, showing no discrimination.

RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! Don't get any service done at this awful clinic if you want to avoid trouble. said he would send my copy by email, but he never did. When I ask him about it, he says he'll give me the copy in person. When I went to the appointments and asked for my copy, they said they would send it by email, and it's been like that ever since. The service provided is bad, the customer service is so-so. I've even waited 2 hours for "Dr." Thiago to arrive because every day he has a huge unforeseen problem and is late for the appointments scheduled by the clinic. I've had to go back on the same day of a procedure to fix it because of the pain I was in. Besides going through the same situations as the other complaints here, I requested the cancellation of this nightmare and was informed of a 30% penalty, which I never knew about, because THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A COPY OF THE CONTRACT. Obtaining the invoices for what I've already paid was also a struggle. I've noticed that the clinic likes to respond to comments by making a scene, but I have documented everything I've commented on here.
