For about a year, I underwent treatment under the supervision of an orthodontist and a therapist. I really liked that the approach here is comprehensive: I was also referred to other specialists who affect the bite and general condition. In particular, I had a consultation with a gnathologist - and this gave me an even deeper understanding of my situation. After the treatment was completed, my braces were removed, retainers were installed and night guards were prescribed. I was completely delighted that here you can get comprehensive treatment in one place, taking into account all the nuances and relationships. Thirdly, judging by their treatment methods, the orthodontists at this clinic don't undergo advanced training, as their treatment is based on two images (cephalometric and pantomogram). They don't prescribe additional examinations such as visits to a periodontist, gnathologist, CT scans of the joints, or CT scans of the bone tissue. All of this is necessary for a proper treatment plan. After treatment with orthodontist Natalia (who also runs this clinic), I have the following problems: 1. Bone loss 2. Jaw joint problems 3. Tooth protrusion 4. Tooth root reduction 5. Severe tooth mobility 6. Recession I've visited numerous doctors from other clinics, and they all unanimously tell me it was the orthodontist's fault. (Their opinion is based on the pre-treatment documentation.) I regret my decision to go to Nata Dent; they worsened the condition of my teeth and nerves! I'm writing this review to warn other patients! P.S. I'm currently undergoing follow-up orthodontic treatment with a different doctor. In response to the clinic's response to my comment, I want to point out that you are fully aware of who I am, as you sent medical information to my email. I'd also like to point out that you didn't provide a complete medical history. Your clinic sent photos before treatment but didn't provide any recorded actions during your visits, such as: - what archwires you used - which teeth were stripped and why - re-gluing braces and why you did it. I'd also like to point out that when you put elastics on me and one day my mouth wouldn't open, you didn't know how to help me... But by the way, another doctor immediately realized it was muscle hypertonicity and sent me to physical therapy, which you, of course, don't know about.

In connection with the published review, I consider it necessary to provide an official comment. I have a permanent right to practice medicine in Poland. According to the requirements of Polish law, every doctor is obliged to regularly improve their qualifications and gain at least 200 educational points during a four-year cycle. Such points are awarded exclusively for participation in certified courses and training programs. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disciplinary liability of the doctor. That is why the statement about the lack of professional development is unfounded. NATADENT clinics maintain complete medical documentation for each patient, including X-ray examinations and a photo protocol of each stage of treatment. This is a modern standard of dentistry, which allows for an objective assessment of the clinical situation before, during and after treatment. Regarding therapeutic treatment, the clinic has a guarantee for fillings, and in case of any comments, the patient can contact the clinic for an analysis of the situation based on medical documentation. It is also worth noting that orthodontic treatment is a complex biological process that is influenced by various factors: genetic characteristics, individual tissue reaction, periodontal tissue and level of hygiene. The medical literature describes possible phenomena such as gum recession or root resorption, which can occur regardless of the professional actions of the doctor. NATADENT clinics also cooperate with periodontologists and gnathologists, and if necessary, patients are referred for additional diagnostics. At the same time, I must note that there were no patients with the data specified in this review in our clinics, so we are unable to correlate the described situation with a specific clinical case. In modern medicine, any clinical issues are usually resolved between the patient and the doctor based on medical documentation. Therefore, situations where complex medical statements are publicly described without analysis of clinical data objectively raise doubts about the reliability of the information provided.
