Very good local clinic. I had motorbike accident and some bruises. They treated everything right and gave medications. I recommend it.

Dr. Novid provided us with outstanding care during our stay when we were unwell. The hospital responds very quickly, works with utmost professionalism and empathy. We were very grateful to have been able to access the hospital's help during our holiday – including on-site care at our accommodation – and highly recommend this hospital.

We got vaccinated for a hefty extra fee, including a doctor's fee. He also gave us incorrect and inconsistent information about our rabies vaccine. He sent us into the jungle with only one rabies shot. Unclear and shoddy. They were hygienic and friendly, though.

Ubud care clinic provided exceptional care, communication and comfort. The staff clearly communicated the procedures, aftercare and pricing and the doctor and nurse I saw were so thorough and knowledgeable (and lovely!).
