I came here on a recommendation a few years ago. I am very satisfied. Special praise to Dr. Renati for her expertise, individual approach, patience and professionalism. Very good organization and hygiene. Helpful and very polite employees. I recommend it to everyone, a very pleasant experience

Misleading advertising and hidden costs They lure patients with the promise of a "free visit and CT scan" via chat. €100 if you want your CT scan (which was supposed to be free) and another €100 for a fictitious "sterilization of the equipment." These costs are NEVER disclosed before departure. It's a system designed to corner you once you're already in Croatia. 2. Scandalous hygienic conditions The most worrying thing is health safety. I was asked to pay for sterilization, but I saw with my own eyes that the equipment (the mouth gag) was wet and simply washed, not bagged and autoclaved as required by medical protocols. Using non-sterile instruments is extremely dangerous for the transmission of diseases. Paying €100 for sterilization that is clearly not performed is a scam as well as a biological risk. 3. Lack of transparency Despite written confirmations on WhatsApp that the visit was free, they changed the rules at the last minute. I paid €195 for a service that turned out to be a commercial trap. Bottom line: If you value your health and your wallet, avoid this clinic. There are much more reputable facilities that do not use these methods to extort money from patients. I will report this to the relevant authorities and the Croatian health inspectorate. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE CLINIC: "I'll respond point by point to your lies, since you're trying to distort reality: HIDDEN COSTS AND TRAPS: Stop talking about 'transparency.' I paid €550 in total (€195 initially plus €80 per child just for travel). Calling a CT scan 'free' and then asking for €100 for the file is commercial blackmail. 'Sterilization' at €100 is a legal requirement, not an extra to be paid separately. SCANDALOUS HYGIENE: You don't even need to start treatment to see that the equipment (the mouth opener) was placed on the tray wet and unwrapped. It's a huge biological risk. I also have video evidence of both the clinic and the degradation of your facility. NIGHTMARE ACCOMMODATION: You have the nerve to call an apartment '4 stars' where not even the The stove was empty, pots and pans were missing, and there were no bedside lights, forcing a family with small children to stay in the dark and without hot meals for two nights. If this were a serious B&B, you would have at least provided breakfast. BEHAVIOR: My reaction was far too restrained for a mother who finds herself being scammed in a foreign country. You are a dangerous commercial trap. My evidence will go straight to the Croatian health inspectorate. Your system didn't work for me. P.S. The message history speaks for itself, and there are no messages left out—this and the entire conversation.

Dear Ms. Nishat, With this, we respond to the accusations you made in your review. We're not going to discuss your behavior at the clinic during your stay (we have videos to prove it), but we're going to address the fact that you provided inaccurate information in your review. As you've shown in the photos you've uploaded, you paid the €195 ONLY after you declined the quote, so those are NOT hidden costs, but rather costs that were clearly stated in the conversation we had with you before your arrival at the clinic. You also neglected to screenshot the sentence written on the quote, which we reproduce below: Overview: A copy of the dental panoramic scan costs €30.00 and a CT scan costs €100.00 for annual checkups and a new dental appointment. The only exception to this charge is the first visit. As you can see, you were also informed of this, yet you began yelling at our staff in the clinic. Regarding cleaning, the sterilization items you find in the estimate are perfectly normal, and every private practice is entitled to include them. They are clearly written as the first line, and therefore NOT HIDDEN ITEMS, as you claim. Furthermore, you claim you did not see the sterilization autoclave or the packaged materials. I remind you that you did not accept our estimate and therefore have not received dental treatment from us. Consequently, it is impossible for you to know whether the materials we use are autoclave-sterilized and packaged. You paid €195 because you were offered a service: transportation from your city and back for you, your husband, and your two children, accommodations in a four-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom located 50 meters from the dental office. This amount was due solely because you did not accept our estimate, as agreed upon over the phone. Furthermore, after explaining the estimate, our staff also recommended a place for her to spend the next day, since she had decided not to continue with dental treatment, so she could show her children around Zagreb. She went to her apartment satisfied with the discussions, so satisfied that her husband said he would return this summer to begin dental treatment. Given the inaccuracies, we believe that both you and your husband (although it is not your fault) are no longer welcome at our facility. We wish you a happy life and a happy new year.
