I know I'm not the only one, but sometimes messages sent at noon don't get a reply until the dental clinic is almost closing in the afternoon. The payment schedule is always on time. The doctors and staff in the dental office are very nice and friendly, but customer service and some of the receptionists are awful. Every time I go for a follow-up appointment, they make me wait 30 minutes to an hour, and on one occasion they even asked for a good review on Google?? I live far away, and each trip takes about an hour, not including traffic. Today, on my way there, I messaged the hotline beforehand saying I would probably be a little late, scheduling an appointment for 5 PM. However, at 5:05 PM, the receptionist reminded me to come earlier next time. I explained that I live far away and had tried my best, but she kept saying they closed at 5 PM, even though there were many other patients waiting. So, my question is, why do I have to wait so long and repeatedly complain to the staff, who say they won't be late anymore, yet I still have to wait endlessly every time I come for an appointment? And to make matters worse, I was interrupted before I could even finish speaking. In short, the quality of the braces, the doctors, and the equipment is very good. I've recommended it to family members, but I always advise them to only go if they can accept long waits for each follow-up appointment and a terrible customer service team. My cousin and I were recommended this clinic for braces, so this 1-star review doesn't mean I'm intentionally trying to tarnish anything. I'm only reviewing my negative experiences, the staff's lack of empathy, and the fact that my feedback wasn't listened to. Finally, the long wait was okay, the braces were fine, and the doctor and nurses were even better. Customer Service and a few Receptionists: 1 ⭐️ I'm not the first person to have negative feedback about customer service and waiting times; you can search for that. I've intended to leave a review for a while but haven't. However, the attitude and expressions of the staff today finally made me do it.

Sometimes I have to go in person to request an earlier appointment. The staff are helpful to the best of their ability, however, proactively going to the clinic as instructed by the doctor is quite difficult because the clinic has two branches and doctors rotate, making follow-up appointments sometimes inconvenient. I'm sharing my experience so others can consider it when choosing a clinic.
