SUPER SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, the doctor did a great job but the customer service is so bad that we should reconsider. It's a big dental clinic but they don't train customer service. When customers text, they don't reply, they reply hours later, and the reply is not to the point. I make an appointment but always have to wait a long time, I make that appointment and then make another appointment without asking the customer if they are free at that time or not? I make the appointment on my own. The customer service when it was in district 1 worked much better, but now the customer service is very bad.
