Incomplete service. I went to get a cleaning with a Groupon discount. I understand that even though it's a special offer, the service offered is the same as usual (at least the original price was included next to the special offer with the description of the procedure). minutes (2 of which were spent waiting) and it was over. She only used the vibrating toothbrush and no toothpaste or mouthwash to finish. Just a little water. So I left with a taste of blood and dirt in my mouth. I asked the doctor about the X-ray, to see if I had any cavities. She told me she didn't know because she hadn't seen them. A colleague (?) was checking them. But she asked me to open my mouth (already standing with my coat and bag on), and with a simple glance, she told me she couldn't see anything. In short: I understand that, given the huge discount, it doesn't include a check-up. However, since they're spending time and resources getting an X-ray, I don't understand why they don't even show it on the screen or anywhere, nor do they actually check it... Maybe they could have saved that X-ray for a bit of toothpaste... I'm leaving with a bad taste in my mouth, in every sense. It's clear that cheap is expensive.

Good afternoon, Elena, we're so sorry you left feeling like you received an incomplete service. We don't know if you didn't see your panoramic radiograph, but it was displayed on a 55-inch television across from the chair where you were receiving treatment. The person who performed your treatment is a doctor, and she told you that you didn't have any cavities. You asked if you had bled, to which she replied that you hadn't, so you didn't feel like you were bleeding. Toothpaste isn't used during dental cleanings. At our clinic, we usually give our patients samples of toothpastes, mouthwashes, and toothbrushes that we have in the clinic, depending on their pathologies.
A great choice! A fabulous doctor who saved a tooth that a franchise wanted to extract to sell me an implant, even though it was perfectly salvageable. She puts her heart into her work and explains the treatment as she's performing it. The clinic offers excellent customer service from all the staff, and the prices are reasonable.
