I have all the evidence from the Doctor's office including the Emergency room visits on 2 separate occasions, which specifically indicates the root cause of the infection resulting in chronic sinusitis. The manager Vedat is refusing to offer any resolution that will be fair to me , I have spent thousands of dollars to fix all the problems suffered from this irresponsible clinic plus more costs to come in the future for new tooth replacement required. Zero refund is offered, the manager continues to ignore my requests like I never existed as a patient. The health of the patient does not matter to them here. They only care about profits, very greedy dental clinic. The Reuters approval received, is only a paid Sponsorship nothing else, it's being used to their own benefit to attract potential patients.

For those from the UK, it may seem daunting to come to Turkey for this procedure and it was. I was worried about the pain, the risks etc. However the staff, from the drivers, nurses, receptionists and surgeons are fantastic. Special thanks to Malika who is my point of contact and the drivers. Obviously there is some pain and swelling for a couple of days but nowhere near what you think. Dr Ertan is so skilled and the ultimate professional and explains everything fully, easing your concerns. If you are from the UK and are considering dental implants then this is the place to contact. From communication, the airport pick up, cost, surgery standards and the professional staff you have no need to worry. 100% gold standard service throughout, Am looking forward to April when I complete my treatment and can smile again!! I really couldn't be happier - this is everything I was hoping it would be! Everyone at Tower was so easy to work with, from the fantastic drivers that pick you up and drop you off from all of your appointments and the airport, to their office staff and medical personnel. Everyone was nice and helpful and were there to help us with any concerns that we had, both while we were in Turkey and back home in the States. Even though I had only heard good things about the hotel they use, we decided not to stay there and instead took some extra time and got an apartment for our two trips. Tower picked us up and dropped us off for our appointments and we used the rest of our time to explore Istanbul, an added bonus. As far as price, I spent about 25% of what I was quoted at home. Including the airfare. The clinic is definitely at least as good the clinics here; modern and professional. You are not sacrificing anything in quality by having your treatment done at Tower Dental because they are the best. I have had a lot of dentists over the years, and I am amazed at how easy they made it all seem. If you are considering a dental makeover, this is the place. You will never have to smile with your hand again. ;-)

office. Third-( most important part) they are very INCOMPETENT. ALL my 3 implants placed here got Infected severely, due to incorrect size of implants used, NO healing cap ( which is standard protocol), and false depth ratio into the bone. They also screwed up my sinus lift badly. I have spent triple the amount now to remove the infected implants, including the adjacent tooth to one of the implants that got infected which lead to extraction. The stubborn manager named Vedat, is refusing to make it right and is not issuing any refund, I have PAID in full for negligent work done. They will do anything to cover up their reckless work, it will cause permanent damage to your health and mouth! Beware of the fake reviews, pictures of so called "happy" patients its all a gimmick to lure people into their butcher clinic!
