Initially, I went to another clinic for a consultation with an orthodontist. Despite the higher prices, the doctor proposed a very questionable treatment option that I didn't like. After a long search, I found the Total Charm clinic and scheduled an initial appointment with orthodontist Nino. Nino performed a free examination, explained all the possible treatment options, and clearly stated the timeframes and prices. We then underwent a full diagnostic at an affordable price, after which Nino explained how we would address my problem, backing it all up with calculations, images, and impressions. If you're also considering braces, I definitely recommend this clinic, as Nino is a true professional! The treatment began with the removal of all four wisdom teeth. Mine was far from a simple case, but Archil performed the removals completely painlessly, with no pain or swelling, not even for the following days. What I liked most was that Archil monitored the entire healing process – I came to the clinic regularly for free checkups, and he was always available. I was prescribed all the necessary medications and given clear instructions for recovery. I want to highlight the teamwork approach at this clinic, where the doctors work towards results and discuss treatment with each other – this is truly rare. After Shoren, she performed a very professional and easy cleaning and treated all my problematic teeth. Everything was painless, gentle, fast, and top-notch! I also want to thank all the assistants who reassured me at every stage, as well as the wonderful and polite receptionists! I haven't experienced this level of service in a long time, thank you again!

A huge thank you to the clinic for their professionalism! I had a complex wisdom tooth with a hooked root removed here. I was very nervous, it was my first time at the dentist, but the dentist is a true master of his craft; he has golden hands. I'd especially like to commend Dr. Archil for his ability to prepare me for the procedure: he found the right words, calmed me down, and the fear subsided. There was no pain at all during the procedure itself, even though the work was meticulous. The assistants and administrators were absolutely lovely, very caring. A special thank you to administrator Natia for her warm service and the expert paperwork she handled for the insurance company. A wonderful clinic with excellent, even caring, customer service. The staff speaks Russian, English, and Georgian. The doctors are very responsive and friendly, and it's immediately clear they want to help. The equipment is modern and up-to-date. Compared to other clinics in Tbilisi, it's like night and day. It's a shame it didn't exist when I was choosing this clinic. Special thanks to implant surgeon Archil Apkhadze, a true professional, who explained everything clearly and understandably. I scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction, and I've already had one removed. The surgeon was very professional—he painlessly removed one wisdom tooth with complex roots and took x-rays to check for sinus damage. With such a professional approach, I'll be able to remove the rest of my teeth without fear! :)

I really like this clinic. The staff is amazing, the specialists are highly qualified, and the equipment is excellent! I've had teeth extracted twice. If you need this unpleasant procedure, I recommend Dr. Archil! He has golden hands, a heart, and a mind of his own! The surgery is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Although there's little to be happy about, he manages to smooth everything over and does a very high-quality job. I don't know what dentistry prices are in Georgia, but the average bill here is about $100. I also go to Dr. Sofia, a general practitioner. She's also a wonderful doctor! She does everything carefully, diligently, and efficiently! And the final work itself is beautiful! I had a complicated tooth treated, and I was very pleased! I'll be back again to see how my extracted tooth heals 😅😅😅 That's such a detailed review. I'd also like to try implants, but that's in the future. I highly recommend the clinic! I'll ask my husband to leave a review in English; he also had treatment. And we had a cleaning. I don't really know, it was my first time doing this on myself, so I don't have much to compare it to.
