A wonderful clinic with excellent, even caring, customer service. The staff speaks Russian, English, and Georgian. The doctors are very responsive and friendly, and it's immediately clear they want to help. The equipment is modern and up-to-date. Compared to other clinics in Tbilisi, it's like night and day. It's a shame it didn't exist when I was choosing this clinic. Special thanks to implant surgeon Archil Apkhadze, a true professional, who explained everything clearly and understandably. I had the implant placed without any pain during or after the procedure. Thank you. Overall, I definitely recommend this clinic and plan to return.

I scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction, and I've already had one removed. The surgeon was very professional—he painlessly removed one wisdom tooth with complex roots and took x-rays to check for sinus damage. With such a professional approach, I'll be able to remove the rest of my teeth without fear! :)

I really like this clinic. The staff is amazing, the specialists are highly qualified, and the equipment is excellent! I've had teeth extracted twice. If you need this unpleasant procedure, I recommend Dr. Archil! He has golden hands, a heart, and a mind of his own! The surgery is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Although there's little to be happy about, he manages to smooth everything over and does a very high-quality job. I don't know what dentistry prices are in Georgia, but the average bill here is about $100. I also go to Dr. Sofia, a general practitioner. She's also a wonderful doctor! She does everything carefully, diligently, and efficiently! And the final work itself is beautiful! I had a complicated tooth treated, and I was very pleased! I'll be back again to see how my extracted tooth heals 😅😅😅 That's such a detailed review. I'd also like to try implants, but that's in the future. I highly recommend the clinic! I'll ask my husband to leave a review in English; he also had treatment. And we had a cleaning. I don't really know, it was my first time doing this on myself, so I don't have much to compare it to. I came to Total Charm Dent dental clinic in Tbilisi based on my husband's recommendation, who had already treated his teeth there. I needed to have four wisdom teeth removed, and I was very scared – I asked for general anesthesia, was very anxious, and so on. Previously, I had no experience with tooth extraction or treatment, only cleanings. A huge thank you to surgeon Archie Aphkadze, who calmed me down and very professionally removed two teeth, and a week later, another two. I can say with complete confidence, without pain or fear, that when a professional takes on the job, everything goes smoothly and calmly. I am immensely grateful to the doctor for his personalized approach and professionalism. I never thought that removing four teeth could be so simple and calm, and most importantly, PAINLESS! Also, many thanks to therapist Sophia Kotoreishvili. She has already performed perfect hygienic cleanings for me more than once. And when I needed to get a filling – the first one in my life – I went to her, and everything went perfectly and painlessly. The filling is indistinguishable from my natural teeth! Nina Osadze, the orthopedist, is truly a fairy for our whole family.
