The appointment wasn't very comfortable. I had a terrible experience when, under the threat of leaving my daughter without completing a procedure, I politely asked for a moment so she could calm down, as the procedure had made her very nervous. make sure I don’t rush in any conclusions. I went there with big dental issues as far as a bridge to have redone, canal work, tooth broken, cavities and I dud a big cleaning in the end. I m not proud to admit I had such a big problems but that was my reality and I got good help. Team was kind, polite, comforting me as not an easy patient. ( isn’t always a walk in the park at dentist) :) They were very flexible and worked with my short time being there(5days) and had great transparency regarding price points in my treatment without to be pushy “ You know what I mean… Big thanks to everyone who supported and helped me those 5 days. I for sure be back whenever I need anything done. Thanks!
It was a super easy and quick experience. I don’t speak much Spanish, but everything was very clear and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Guadalajara.

I went to this place because it seemed to have all the services in case my dental problem was more serious, however, despite the fact that I told the dentist that my problem had started in my upper right molars and had worsened in my left molars, she only limited herself to treating the area that she said was causing me a stabbing pain, I had to insist that she check the molars on the upper…

right where the problem had started. I returned to the US believing my problem was solved, however, I've been experiencing stabbing pain on both the upper and lower left sides for days. I can't believe I took a week off to travel to Guadalajara in order to treat my dental emergency and have nothing to show for it. Also, if you're already experiencing stabbing pain, why must I have to go through the treatment process without any anesthesia? I'll be honest, the dentist did ask me if I wanted anesthesia, but since she said she wasn't going to remove much of the old resin, I decided to do it without anesthesia. I was led to believe it would be a simple, non-invasive procedure. The dentist, at least during the first visit, was attentive to making me feel as comfortable as possible. The facilities are well located, new, and clean. The receptionist is the best thing about this dental center; she's super friendly and very efficient at her job. I'd even say she has a much better attitude than the dentist and her assistant. Finally. do I recommend this place? If you're coming from outside of the country for treatment, NO. It's better to go somewhere with more experience. I will NOT recommend it to people close to me, as I wouldn't want them to end up like me. Now I'm just left with more questions than answers and the original stabbing pain.

At our clinic, we try to accommodate all of our patients' requests, but sometimes we don't have enough time to complete a treatment and address the root cause of the problem. Two appointments are too few to follow up on long-standing and significant pain. The idea behind asking if you'd like the use of anesthesia is because we know some patients don't like it. When it comes to noninvasive restorative treatments, we leave it up to the patient. For that reason, we always ask them first. We're sorry to hear you're still experiencing pain. A follow-up appointment (as requested) may be necessary. When patients visit us from outside the country, we always explain the need for follow-up appointments and outline the length of stay, depending on the case. My experience with Dr. Gonzalo has been very pleasant. Despite being apprehensive due to bad experiences elsewhere, he inspires a lot of confidence. He explains everything in detail, from the pathology to the procedure, and is extremely careful when handling your teeth. Plus, his prices are affordable. I highly recommend him.
