One of the best dental clinics I've ever been to, this is the second time I've been. Before this, I was close to Oug.. from the doc and staff, everyone was nice and helpful. ready to get a free gift

Seriously, his service is the best. First time having a tooth extracted without trauma, the doctor was calm, explained one by one, the staff were all gentle & friendly. I didn't think tooth extraction could be this smooth, fast, clean, and not painful at all. From the start to the end, the service was amazing. Really satisfied, really tiptop, definitely coming here again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really value honest feedback from our patients’ families, as it helps us stay connected to what matters most to you. I completely understand where you’re coming from—dentistry has definitely changed a lot over the years. While doctors in the past did amazing work with the limited tools they had those days, we use X-rays today because it takes the guesswork out of the equation. For your son specifically at only age 16, since his wisdom tooth is tucked away and "impacted". We can't actually see what's happening under the gums just by looking with naked eyes. Because the roots (apex) are likely still forming, X-ray is the only way for us to see the position of the roots and the Inferior Alveolar Nerves clearly. It’s a bit like upgrading from an old "Nokia 3310" to the latest "iPhone" — the new technology just helps us work with much more precision and safety. We’ve invested in latest equipment because we want to make sure your son gets the best care possible, avoiding any "surprises" during treatment and facilitate a precise diagnosis. Our goal the moment he sit on our dental chair has always been his comfort and health, not just running tests for the sake of money. Thanks again for your feedback and for trusting us with your son’s dental care. We hope he feels much better soon🌹. Please do remind him to finish his full 5-day course of antibiotics.
