The receptionist provided terrible service. She spoke in an unwilling tone, made a displeased face, and used language that suggested she didn't want to serve customers. I was going to use her services initially, but after seeing her behavior, I no longer wish to go there.

The dentist is good and speaks nicely, but the cashier lacks organization and queue management. I was still waiting to pay and get my medical certificate, but another patient from a different room came out and they rushed to process their payment, cutting in front of me and making them transfer the money. I've been there 3-4 times and the doctor is very kind. However, the staff at the front desk have a very bad tone of voice. They speak curtly and in a tone that seems like they don't want to serve. I'm very disappointed.
