I already kept track of my appointments myself, but the problem was that not having a slot in the system meant that my planned procedure clashed with other people's appointments, wasting everyone's time, so I chose to just let it go. During the second appointment, there was a slight argument with the staff about confirming the appointment. It turned out that for new cases, first-time service, they don't usually call to confirm the appointment. In short, the staff didn't fill in my phone number completely, so they didn't call. The staff apologized for this. - The third time, I think they finally recorded my name and phone number correctly because this time they called to confirm. Thank you. - The fourth time, the staff called to confirm the appointment, but I didn't answer. I requested to reschedule via LINE and explained the reason, and asked about the next appointment time. The staff confirmed the time, but on the day of the service, the staff asked if I was still using the same phone number because I wasn't answering their calls. And if we wanted to confirm the appointment, we were asked to reply via Line or call back, which we did, and a staff member confirmed the time with us. But why hasn't the appointment been registered in the system yet? - This is the 5th time. A staff member called to confirm the appointment as usual, and we confirmed and thanked them very much. However, we had a sudden reason why we couldn't come that day. We apologize for this because we were so busy that we forgot to inform you. And most recently, yesterday, we requested to register an appointment for ourselves and also for a family member as a new case. The first time, the staff confirmed everything. We then inquired about registering another appointment for a family member. Even after a day, there's still no response about whether there are any available slots, although the message has been read. This isn't the first time they've read our message but haven't responded; they've also sent other automated messages. Actually, we chose the clinic based on reviews, like many others. The reviews were excellent, and the doctor was indeed lovely and provided excellent consultations. But we don't understand the service issue. The first time before the service, they provided very good information. However, during the actual service, they didn't seem as attentive. Is it because we were customers using a promotion? We weren't interested in promotions. Another reason we chose the clinic was that it's close to our new home that we're moving to. Initially, we had to travel a long distance from our home to the clinic. Not making an appointment was a real waste of time, because what we had planned with the doctor to be done all in one day turned into us being treated like a last-minute rush. If we wanted to proceed, the entire clinic would have to finish our procedures first. So we decided to just move on and do it at a later date. Honestly, we'd like to switch clinics, but that would feel like starting over and wasting more time. We're happy with the doctor here, but we wish the staff would receive more training on customer service.
