Excellent doctor. She has been following my daughter's care. She is very professional in her diagnosis, very kind, very patient, explains all your questions and concerns in detail, and is very loving with children. I highly recommend her.

There was no accurate diagnosis, incorrect treatment, poor care from the start, aggressive treatment, a 10-minute consultation without taking into account medical history, a 1-hour wait even with an appointment so she could see us... she discredits parents during the consultation and even silences us. that my daughter didn't need, creating a false sense of urgency and need to buy it... $1,300 pesos spent on NOTHING! Terrible experience. Obviously, I later noticed that subsequent consultations didn't last 10 minutes, and there was even a souvenir photo... and no, I wasn't going for the photo, but if I had invested those minutes for the photo in my daughter and if she diagnosed us, perhaps the consultation would have been more effective and assertive... I had high expectations based on the comments, but don't be fooled. NOT ALL THAT GLITTERS IS GOLD. UPDATE: And yes Monica, if you silence the parents, if you tell them “this is just me speaking”, without empathy or education, I have proof and witnesses, if you like I can send it to you so you can give feedback. It is not false information, and you know it… it is important that people know what you are doing, so as not to go with false expectations of your service. And no, I do not harm your profession, this is called free expression and there is this open opinion module so consumers can express themselves, if you always expect positive feedback, treat your patients with respect, because your service is not at all accessible, and sadly, I just threw my money away.

I'm sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. However, you're spreading a lot of misinformation, and you're doing so with the intention of damaging my profession. My patients know that I have NEVER "discredited or silenced parents," and I don't sell pills either.
I took my son to get two crowns. The dentist said he didn't need a pulpotomy; she said she could put the crowns on with just elastics and a cleaning. One day she put the elastics on, and I had to go back later for the crowns to be placed. I didn't know much about this and trusted her. the tooth wasn't completely clean, the decay continued to grow under the crown. I took him to another dentist, and the teeth were in such bad shape that they had to be extracted.
She's a true professional in every sense of the word, dedicated to her work, patient with children, and works very quickly to avoid causing them unnecessary distress, especially when they've had past experiences with unqualified dentists. She's the best!
