An overall very positive and professional process. Excellent communication from the start. I chose to walk across the border into Tijuana where they had a vehicle clearly market with Olive Dentistry to collect me and drive me to the clinic. examination said we were able to save the tooth and avoid a root canal. Unfortunately my second tooth was beyond saving so that has to be extracted and replaced with an implant. They also replaced 3 silver fillings so they could not do any further damage. I will return in 6 months to have crowns put on the two implants. Very professional and modern facilities. Knowledgeable, young staff. And far more affordable than what was quoted in the US.

I live in Phoenix, AZ and drove down to Olive Dental Tijuana for root canals, fillings, and an implant. Being a healthcare provider, I think I can spot a good from a bad medical clinic. friendly, and cohesive. They are all friendly towards each other creating a nice environment. They communicate very well before your appointment with reminders and even offer a shuttle to and from the border. I opted to drive myself and found the border and 5 minute drive to the office manageable. There’s underground, secure parking under the hotel that’s partially validated, and the office is easily found on the first floor, eastern end of the mall. If you drive, you must get a Sentri pass for expedited border crossing back into the US. It took almost 4 hours to go 2.5 miles without it! About 30 minutes with Sentri pass. Regarding cost, I was quoted ~$8000 at my dentist in US for an implant and 2 root canals with crowns. At Olive, for 2 root canals, crowns, 2 filings, deep cleaning, oral CT scan, and an implant, I will pay ~$3300. Well worth the trip.
