i was about recommend to fren after the visit but when i was waiting for my medication and payment the nurse was asking for my phone to key in the review themselves. I was rushing but the nurse took the review more important than patient service. My tooth is in paint after pulling teeth but i have to wait for the nurse to complete the google survey. then after that she request another my FB…

account an would like to do another review by her. Tiew management what kind if service is this. if you provide good service people will give u good rating and not to do the rating by your nurse what a shame with all the 5 star rating before.. kalao nak rating bagus kena ikhlas la.. penting kan pesakit dulu bukan review no. 1 the staff did call and apologize and i accepted it. i believe is it not her fault. May be the tiew dental management who ask like their staff do this to get good rating. i can tell you this is wrong management. please respect your staff and also your patient.

A dental service like no other. Dr Chen Ka Yaw was very attentive and thoroughly explained about all procedures need to be done - indications, treatment approach, meds given etc. I’m definitely recommending Tiew Dental for their excellent service!
