As a customer, I felt like they genuinely wanted the best for me. I wasn’t just an unknown customer, but I was their customer. Kind, pleasant, patient, and more. It made the customer experience even better. 3. Operations. It is a well oiled machine. Schedule, arrive, health questionnaire, cleaning, payment, done. There was no protracted inconvenience. Really happy with the treatments I received. I come here for my annual scaling and polishing. The procedure was always gentle and comfortable. No pain or bleeding. And everyone from front desk to the dentist is so kind and friendly which is great since going to the dentist can be quite nerve wrecking!
Great service! The doctor was very professional, and the reception staff were welcoming, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. However, their prices are a bit higher compared to other clinics in the KL area. I paid around 200 RM for teeth scaling and polishing, but later found another nearby clinic offering the same service for just 70 RM.
