Actually, three generations of my family have had our dental work done at Thong Nhat Dental Clinic. The clinic is busy, so there's a bit of a wait, but I still choose them because the doctors are highly skilled, especially very thorough and caring. Last year, I went to a clinic for minor wisdom tooth surgery and had two stitches. Seven days later, when I returned to have the stitches removed, the doctor had only removed one stitch, leaving one behind. I trusted the doctor and didn't realize there was a stitch left over. Normally, you wouldn't see it in the mirror. Yesterday, more than a year later, I accidentally used my phone's flashlight to check, and when I pulled hard, I saw the uncut stitch. I went back to the clinic to have it fixed, but the receptionist was a bit annoyed. I had to wait almost three hours to have the remaining stitch removed. I'm posting this comment hoping that doctors and nurses will be more careful and conscientious in their work, and that their attitude and handling of incidents will be more flexible. Finally, I would like to thank the doctor who removed the remaining stitch for me.

This clinic has the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. They don't give specific appointment times; they just make patients wait for 3-4 hours. Sometimes, when I try to schedule an appointment, they say the doctor is off or it's too busy and they can't accept appointments for the next day. The receptionists are rude and treat customers with contempt. Their job is to schedule appointments, but they can't even do that. They just make you sign a piece of paper and then you sit and wait endlessly. The clinic only prioritizes those who need a tooth extraction or a quick check-up to make money, while those who are already halfway through the procedure are made to wait. Google doesn't have negative ratings, but I'd give it -5 stars.
