Thank you for visit us. We informed the patient about the treatment fees for a simple tooth extraction and a surgical extraction. Both options include the basic medication costs, which cover two pain relievers: ibuprofen and paracetamol. However, in the case where the extraction also required a surgical procedure, we had to prescribe an additional antibiotic. The patient, however, The patient refused to pay the full surgical extraction fee, including the additional antibiotic, which is prescribed only in cases of tooth extraction requiring surgery. Therefore, we suggested that the patient purchase this medication directly from the pharmacy to reduce the total payment. However, the patient still did not pay the full amount and was short by 1,000 baht.

Please allow me to clarify the following: You came for a dental check-up. We took two types of X-rays for you. The clinic charged you for the small X-ray film (peri apical film) showing the tooth roots, which cost 300 baht as per your bill. We provided this film to you on the day of your check-up. As for the large panoramic film, the clinic took it additionally free of charge. We informed you beforehand that if you wanted to take the large panoramic film home, there would be a charge of 500 baht. Since you did not pay this fee, we were unable to provide you with the panoramic film. We did not charge you for the panoramic film. Most clinics charge a fee for taking large panoramic X-rays.
The doctor and the staff were very friendly and provided excellent care.

We offered to pay only the 200 baht sterilization fee, which led to a long argument. The sterilization fee here is expensive. Also, the counter staff and employees shouldn't have asked, "Are you sure you want to proceed?" It's a very inappropriate question. Further clarification: The statement that the staff clearly and completely informed us of the details is untrue. - The Facebook page said consultations were free, but they didn't mention the 200 baht sterilization fee. Even when we arrived, there was a sign advertising the 200 baht sterilization fee, but the staff still hadn't informed us. If they had informed us completely from the beginning, we could have decided whether or not to come for the consultation, saving us time. - The counter staff didn't ask about the X-ray before it was done. Shouldn't the clinic always ask the client about the costs before proceeding? They didn't ask or inform me that there would be a 500 baht charge if I didn't decide to proceed. Why would I refuse the charge later if that's the case? If they had detailed the costs from the beginning, I wouldn't have done it, because I already had the X-ray films. I think the clinic didn't mention that I already had the films because they needed to keep the information on file, like other places that offer free X-rays. I understand that clinics have different conditions and everything has a cost, but the price should have been disclosed before the procedure.

Hello. I would like to clarify the clinic's procedures. Orthodontic and dental implant consultations at our clinic are free of charge. However, X-rays are always necessary for treatment planning. In Ms. Sunisa's case, this is to examine loose deciduous teeth, permanent teeth, and impacted teeth to assess whether orthodontics can close the gaps or if dental implants are a suitable option. X-rays are required to check for permanent tooth buds and impacted teeth. The clinic always informs you beforehand that these costs are included in any dental implant/orthodontic package. However, if you haven't decided yet, there will be a 500 baht X-ray fee and a 200 baht sterilization fee per visit. The clinic staff fully explained all these details before the X-ray. The sterilization fee is also clearly displayed at the counter. Ms. Sunisa mentioned that she has consulted with several clinics, which is perfectly fine. We would like to ask for your understanding that each clinic has different conditions. We clearly state the costs before the X-ray. If you are not comfortable paying that fee, you can inform us at that time. Or, if you already have X-ray films, please let us know so we can include them for a free consultation as intended.

I went to get a mouthpiece made, but it took five days, which was unexpected. When I told them I wanted to cancel, the receptionist clicked her tongue and mysteriously charged me 500 baht. I asked what it was for, but she ignored me. I just left the money and she said "Kop khun ka" cheerfully at the end. It left me feeling very uncomfortable. The service from the other staff was good.
