month since I had crowns. I returned for a checkup. The doctor gave me advice on care and maintenance, and I was satisfied with the results. Today, I had some questions about flossing, so I asked the doctor about brushing and the proper way to floss. The doctor recommended using flat floss and should do so after brushing. Avoid using toothpicks or small toothbrushes, as they can cause gum recession. I personally like the atmosphere at the clinic; it's like a spa, and it's not crowded.
