Went to this newly launched dental clinic last week. Dr Shim is personable and put you at ease. He diagnosis, explains and even engage ways for preventive care of our teeth. Good services provided with fully furnished which is user friendly for OKU. Do make an appointment to serve you better.. Will definitely come back.

Nice clean, modern facilities and equipments. Saw 8 treatment rooms, maybe there's more. Dentist - lady Explained in detail condition of my teeth. Price reasonable. Appointment can be made via WhatsApp. Did not wait as we came on time /slightly early.
I got my root canal treatment done by Dr Anne. Was kinda nervous about getting the RCT done but it turned out to be literally painless. Dr Anne is gentle, thorough and professional. Thank you The Smile Dental team for making the entire process a smooth and easy one for me :)
This was my second visit to have general cleaning and scaling of my teeth. Dr Shim attended to me. He made sure that every teeth is thoroughly clean! The whole process was smooth and done without any pain. Was surprised he could even patch up my broken front teeth. The staff are attentive and friendly. Nice and clean environment. Did my Icon treatment and teeth whitening treatment. Came all the way from SG because firstly the price is way more affordable and what makes the trips worth is the professionalism of the dentist - Dr Hung was my dentist - and the friendliness of the dental assistants. 3 hours to settle since i live near the woodlands custom. Clarification on what treatment i needed was also clear and concise, no upselling or anything! Was recommended by a friend initially, and i would recommend others too if they are looking for a dentist for your needs! 1st Appointment (15 Oct 24) Smooth booking via whatsapp! Doctor consultation was straight forward as well and was able to clarify what kind of treatment that i required, together with filling and cleaning done right away during the first visit. Follow up appointment and treatments for removal and whitening were also arranged and decided right on the spot, everything was hassle free and catered according to what i needed!
Did 2 crowning here. Reasonably priced with excellent service. Friendly staff as well.
I was stuck in traffic for about 40 mins and was unable to make it on time to pick up my retainers before the clinic closes. Their staff offered to wait and also provided alternatives for me to collect it. Thank you once again. Highly recommended!! They were professional and went the extra mile for me.

I have made another booking 2 weeks later to do scaling and polishing. I sincerely recommend all singapore mates who needed dental services can really try them out. 😀

Booking through whatsapp was a breeze. However, (a) despite being informed fluoride treatment available at RM 40 when making reservation through whatsapp, upon arrival at the clinic was told fluoride treatment only available for kids and to use fluoride toothpaste at home (b) appointment was at 12pm with two different doctors, but ended up being assigned to the same doctor at 12.20pm and 12.40pm.
