I had a really unexpected but genuinely wonderful experience with this dental clinic, and I felt it was worth sharing. I was actually in the building for a nail appointment, which unfortunately didn’t work out due to a scheduling issue. While walking around, I came across this dental office and decided to step in just to ask about pricing for a procedure I’ve been considering. From the very beginning, the receptionist was kind and helpful. She suggested that I speak directly with the doctor, mentioning that she speaks fluent English and would be able to explain everything clearly. I honestly didn’t expect much since I didn’t have an appointment—but what happened next truly surprised me. The doctor took the time to speak with me in detail, patiently answering all of my questions without rushing at all. I know how busy medical professionals are, which made me even more appreciative of how generous she was with her time. She explained everything thoroughly, making sure I understood each part of the procedure, and did so with such kindness and professionalism. I even felt a bit bad for taking up so much of her time, but she never made me feel like a burden. Instead, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire conversation. On top of that, the clinic itself looked very clean, organized, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive impression. Even though my experience was just from this interaction, I walked away feeling very grateful. Based on this alone, I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental treatment, especially if you value clear communication, patience, and genuine care.

Today I had my tartar removed by Dr. Nan. She has a very gentle touch. I highly recommend her!

The female doctor was very kind, gave excellent advice, and was highly ethical. The staff provided great service, the prices were reasonable, and the location was very convenient with parking available in The Glass.

I initially booked an appointment for Zoom whitening, but during the consultation the dentist discovered that I had several cavities that needed fillings. To be honest, I’m someone who has always been very afraid of dental treatment due to a bad experience when I was younger. I walked in feeling quite anxious. However, the two dentists who treated me were incredibly professional, patient, and gentle. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The fillings were done so carefully that I felt no pain at all, even after the anaesthetic wore off, there was still no discomfort. They didn’t just fix my teeth, they helped me overcome a long-standing fear. I’m truly grateful for their care and kindness. Highly recommended to anyone who feels nervous about visiting the dentist.

This is the dentist to go if you need an extra gentle and kind approach on top of excellent skilled doctors because you know your teeth situation is difficult and you dread to go but you also know it’s getting worse if you won’t 😣! The staff and the doctors speak excellent English and I really appreciate that they go beyond and above to make something necessary but unpleasant to me as comfortable as possible 😌.

Excellent dentist!! Changed from regular dentist in Mega Bangna as they could not speak a word of English to the GLASS HOUSE SMILE DENTAL CLINIC. Treatment by Dr Pick was first class, she spoke good English, very thorough with her work and showed passion and due diligence. She was very assuring throughout, gave good advice and came out with a clean and shiny set of teeth. Good and friendly service by other staff too, a good dental clinic to use!!
