The entire team were amazing, right from the very first enquiry they were fast to respond, detailed and accurate. We were picked up from the airport and every appointment by their own vehicle and driver. The work was second to none, advanced equipment and caring and pedantic dentists. If you are considering overseas work, I wouldn't hesitate, amazing value along with a trip to beautiful Vietnam.

completely! Dental wise, caring, nurturing right down to the service from being picked up by the Driver - Viet, to the Security to opening doors with a smile, Ms Moon and the women on Reception catering to my every need, including food and most of all the treatment I received from Dr Phat, Mai (Dental Nurse) and all other staff involved! Thank you so very very much! I was hesitant of getting treatment due to my past experiences in Australia, to the point, I nearly cancelled, due to fear and hesitation as well as having an abscess to contend with. From Day 1 to my final day they took care of everything and I mean everything! I had not a worry getting into Vietnam and thoroughly enjoying my stay because of these people alone! They organised all my flights, hotel, visas, pick ups for dental appts, right down to even being able to eat daily after dental treatments, which I was truly grateful for! Dr Phat and Mai - special mention for your professionalism but not just this, the time and patience to work with my very damaged teeth but also the care that Dr Phat put into me as I was shaking the first day! I couldn't believe by the 2nd appt how comfortable I felt with my treatment, that it melted my worries away and it is all because of East Rose Dental but a major part - the staff or should I say beautiful human beings they were and are, that the process was seamless and I knew I was in good hands!!! I believe we could learn a lot from you all, as we tend to take things for granted! I will be going to Vietnam more regularly but also will frequently visit East Rose Dental as I consider them whānau (family)! That is the greatest comment I can give these people as I was nurtured, cared for, but most of all seen and heard and I thank you all immensely for not just doing an amazing treatment on my teeth! But...! For opening my eyes and heart up to seeing there really are good businesses out there not just trying to profit, but to care, nurture and have a good laugh with Dr Phat, Mai, Ms Moon, everyone with their patients! I was treated as a human being and not just a number and I truly am grateful for everything you have all done for me and can't wait to come back! Every member of staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. They all spoke pretty good English too. The service was outstanding. I cannot praise them highly enough. checked their work to make sure it was up to standard. Unheard of in my world. All for the meager sum which I think was less than $20. This encouraged me to do further works with this outfit. 12 months later I now have a full set of chompers, and can eat an apple again. I was missing many molars and my bottom 4 incisors were having to go, instability due to severe bone loss density over the years, so an extensive program was put together by Dr Rose. 6 implants, several bone grafts and a couple of sinus lifts in January of 25, followed up by the final fittings in January 26. Apart from the obvious savings to be made, there's the recovery aspect that was coupled together with the holiday. Not having to go to work that same day or even the following day, after these surgeries, meant I could relax and begin to heal immediately. I would advise to anyone undergoing a few implants at a time to consider the IV sedation option, if you're that person like I am, who struggles with sensitivities around the gums and teeth, then you'll be so glad you choose it because I had the first 4 implants out of 6 in total, put in with IV sedation and not felt a thing. The recovery was so fast also. I opted to do the next 2 without and that was some trauma for me personally. I got through it but my fist was shaking because I couldn't squeeze it any harder. The recovery was longer and I was gulping painkillers. The near opposite experience of the former surgery. So if you can stretch for the IV sedation option, do it.. Other notes for anyone reading this, the communication was excellent, the young lady Moon was very good in all that she did for me and all the car rides to and from my hotels were on time. I felt valued as a customer and any questions I had were easily answered and even when I was confused they showed great patience with me. I highly recommend this clinic if you want a high level of service. I didn't compare apples and oranges in this case, regarding prices, I was guided by my intuition and it's nice when it all comes together. Knowing you're saving money by getting this work done in country far away from your own is daunting and I'm the end saving money is no good if the work is no good. I had the one doctor complete all my implant work and I felt he was a pro, he wasn't satisfied unless it was perfect. He had a good understanding of English also which helps. So there ya go. East Rose dental clinic, could be you find yourself needing to go there one day. Rest assured, you'll be in good hands. Thanks for reading. Keith (Ireland)

Australia. Their hygiene is second to none, I had 8 crowns, two implants and one tooth removal. I had two days over my 14 days with discomfort but was provided with medication to help along the way. I have to go back in 6 months to get the implants finished. I feel more confident with my smile and looking forward to attending east rose dental clinic again. I would also like to thank these guys for arranging accommodation for me at 10.30 at night when we arrived at our accommodation only to find it had been cancelled and we were not informed. They drove to the accommodation and made sure we were safely inside. Thanks again you guys are awesome.
