at my teeth too. I had a crossbite and my teeth were getting very worn. I thought I would check about having one or two of my front teeth crowned and get a night guard to stop me grinding my teeth. I had a consultation with Dr Rose and her beautiful and kind assistant Mai. It was explained to me that crowning one or two of my teeth would not fix my problem. It was my bite which needed to be corrected. This would mean crowning most of my teeth. To be honest, this scared me! Dr Rose arranged for a mock up to be made and an appointment was made for the following day. I couldn’t believe what I was looking at! Just by the clever way the crowns would be made, I could for the first time in my life have a proper bite and not have a crooked jaw!! I was booked in for the next day for the first stage (upper jaw). I was terrified and was even questioning if I should go ahead with it but after reassurance from my family, it all began! My treatment was to be in the new clinic in District 2. A car collected us and off we went. Once I was there, I felt more relaxed. At each visit, my blood pressure was taken before they commenced work. My dentist was Dr Phat and his nurse was Mia. They were both so kind and calming. Despite all my worrying, everything was fine. I was amazed that they could provide me with temporary teeth which were made on the spot within about 5 minutes! I was so happy even with these temporary teeth. I returned the next day and the same was done on the lower jaw. A few days later, the permanent crowns had been made and I went back for a fitting. It was at this stage I could even change the colour if I wanted to. We felt the colour was natural. I did not want to walk away with super white teeth! The following day I returned and the crowns were fitted permanently. I am so very happy with the result and have received many compliments. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at East Rose Dental, from my first appointment with Dr Rose & Mai to all my appointments with Dr Phat & Mia. I must also mention the staff on reception at both clinics. They were all so friendly. Thank you so much for your care & support – you are all absolutely amazing!
