I had a great experience with the dental treatment at The ARC Dental Clinic. Dr. Chris was very patient and Ms. Ummi frequently followed up with me after each appointment to check on the condition of my tooth. After the treatment, my tooth is no longer pain and I can now enjoy many of my favourite foods again. Thank you for the excellent service!

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to plenty all over the world). He was very calm and practical, and found the balance between sharing the dental issues I had and how ‘urgent’ they were. Very friendly staff and doctor. Came for regular checkup and scaling. Helped identify potential future issues. Scaling and polishing was very smooth and done with care, no pain or discomfort. Rates are reasonable too.

Came for scaling. Comfortable environment. Dentist Ong looks young but did not cause me pain during the scaling process. Suggested me to fill some of my tooths and replace one of the silver amalgam but I will seek for 2nd opinion first before proceeding. Charges normal pricing.

Was recommended here by my regular dentist in Ipoh when I was on a trip. Clinic was warm and comfortable, they even have nespresso available at the waiting area! The dentist was very patient and thorough with my examination. Had an xray taken and my old crown placed back after it came loose. Treatment was fuss-free and no BS. Thank you for seeing me on such short notice.

The receptionist is friendly and welcoming the moment I entered the clinic. And the dentist explained the cause of the pain I’m experiencing on my gum in a very detailed manner and is willing to answer my questions when I’m trying to understand more about wisdom tooth removal.

Perform an operation to remove crooked wisdom teeth. Very detailed doctor and staff explain every step and risk, handle the operation well without pain! Recommended!
