I previously gave this clinic 2 stars after an unpleasant experience. I had gone for scaling and polishing, but it turned into a filling session after an X-ray. A metal tool accidentally dropped into my mouth, and I noticed some hygiene lapses, which made me uneasy. The counter staff were polite, but overall, I left disappointed. personally to apologise and offered to review my case. I returned for a follow-up, and he redid my filling himself. He was gentle, attentive, and kept checking if I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated the care and sincerity he showed. Everyone makes mistakes, but how they handle them matters and the clinic’s response truly showed professionalism and sincerity. I’m updating my rating to reflect their genuine effort to make things right. Thank you, Dr Toh and team.

This is my second time getting my teeth cleaned here. Compared to my previous experiences, this time I didn't need braces or anesthesia. I just followed the dentist's instructions throughout the process, and it was comfortable and quick. I didn't experience any sensitivity afterwards either. It was a great experience! I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. 😊

Highly recommend this dental clinic, doctor is gentle and will show you pre and post images of scaling & polishing. Will come back again.
