I came with my son who needs dental treatment and unfortunately it was not possible with our dentist, who is great, because he did not allow himself to be treated even after about the sixth visit. But as soon as we got there, they took an X-ray of my son, even though he had recently been X-rayed and I had sent the images and these X-rays were of course charged a considerable amount. No one asked us in advance. The consultation was carried out in such a way that the doctor looked at my son and then spent half an hour telling me how much everything costs and that both parents would have to come with our son, since one would be holding his head and hands and the other his feet. For this information and the unscheduled X-ray, I paid 3500 with a QR code, I didn't even receive any proof of payment and we went home upset. We won't come here again and we arranged for analgosedation at Dentapiro, no stress, no need to expose the child to unnecessary radiation.

. This was the main reason why I was very afraid of dentists and I hadn't been to any dentist's office for three years. However, I finally decided to try my luck with Dr. Novomestský on his recommendation and it was the best decision. The doctor never pressured me. On the contrary, he always patiently explained to me what was going to be done and what each thing was for, which gave me immense peace of mind. He always thought of a way to do everything so that I wouldn't feel anything. Even if a certain area was more sensitive, the doctor always found a way to numb it so that the procedure could be carried out in complete peace and without pain. nitrous oxide, which was completely useless. Both of these experiences are from other clinics!! At Terident, you can see that they really care about you and not just about money. My daughter managed the first drilling of 3 cavities here beautifully, left without psychological harm, with a smile and is not afraid to come again next time. Dr. Kudlíková helped me overcome my long-standing fear of the dentist. She is very empathetic, explains everything and works precisely and sensitively. I know that the doctor saved my daughter's teeth, reduced her fear of the dentist and the procedure, increased her confidence, and most importantly, thanks to her, my daughter did not have to undergo analgesia. Staying with the original dentist would have meant more and more repairs of loose fillings, if they fell out, and possibly death of these teeth and tearing. I trust that Dr. Novomestská will do her best for the baby tooth, which will fall out one day, but until then it plays an important role and is worth keeping in the mouth. I notice that elsewhere they can only care about "baby teeth", and the approach that they will fall out before they decay. I am no longer in agreement with this approach and treatment with material that does not hold in the mouth, even for the insurance company. I am sure that in Dr. Novomestská's care my daughter would never have lost a tooth, the decay would have been repaired at the beginning and in consultation and the adjacent tooth would not have been affected or caused death and subsequent tearing. We would have saved ourselves time, nerves, tears... Thank you for being and doing your job with the utmost care, priority and most importantly, keeping your word!!!

As an unaccompanied blind person, I have had mixed experiences with doctors. Today, I had my initial check-up, including the administration, and everything went smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. We had several of those treatments, 2 broken teeth and 4 cavities, so it was not a small amount. The doctor first shows all the tools, explains how she will proceed and during the examination she tells a story about sheep, which the little one always looks forward to. Despite the initial examination, the little one is doing great and enjoys going to the dentist anyway.

I went here for an initial examination. I had an appointment with a doctor to have the rest of the tooth extracted and then, after dental hygiene, we would continue with the repair of the cavities. it for myself. However, Dr. Šikula took me in even though I was not registered because of the main doctor. He treated my painful tooth, carefully explained the procedure, what he would do, etc. He also told me the price in advance, which ended up being lower. I definitely recommend this doctor.
